Pricing Plan Terms & Conditions
Delivery orders are not guaranteed for the following scenarios:
- Delivery time is specified, e.g. “collect parcels at 3 PM, arrive before 4 PM”. - Two-way orders, e.g. “send delivery note back to sender”. - Orders with specified delivery mode, e.g. “prefer walkers" . - Overweight orders, i.e. orders weight over 20 KG. - Oversized orders, i.e. the sum of length, weight and height is over 150 cm. - Guaranteed agent matching is subject to blockout dates and early cut-off during peak periods.

Promotion
- We may introduce promotions from time to time. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or part, any and all such promotions without prior notice and at our absolute discretion. - Enjoy discounted delivery prices upon cashback. - No expiry date for the top-up amount. Cashbacks will be due in 1 month.
Refund
- All delivery fee refund for expiry, cancellation and appeasement will be to Pickupp merchant wallet, which can be used in the next delivery. - No refund for top-up using Consumption Voucher. - Consumption vouchers cannot be used for post-paid accounts and cash-on-delivery services. - Once the top-up is confirmed, no modifications, refunds, and cancellations shall be made.
