1) Minimum 5 orders for a pick up/collection from the customers’ location directly. 2) This service is only applicable to parcels with a weight of 20kg or less and the max dimensions (length + width + height) are 50 x 50 x 50 cm or less. 3) The merchants are responsible for the packaging of the parcels and the materials. In any case of lost or damaged parcels, the compensation will be the value of the goods (receipt/commercial invoice needed) or the limit of liability of RM 200 whichever is lower 4) Merchants are responsible for declaring if the parcel contains fragile items, it has to be labeled with the fragile sticker or a note for Pickupp to identify it as a fragile parcel 5) Promotion may change, be removed, or updated at any time and without prior notice. In the event of matters or disputes, the decision of Dropicks Sdn Bhd shall be final. 6) The Shipment is classified as valuable, hazardous, dangerous, unlawful, or prohibited materials/goods/articles by applicable laws or regulations, or the convenience store believes that such shipment cannot be arranged and/or carried legally or safely, including but not limited to arms, ammunitions, gunpowder, salt-petre, petroleum, liquefied petroleum gas, butane gas, kerosene, other explosive or combustible substance, dangerous drugs, human corpses or organs, animals in whole or in parts, blood, urine and other specimens containing infectious substances, currency, counterfeit goods, precious metals, and stones, etc. 7) The price quoted above is not inclusive of a 6% SST.
