Pickupp is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to build and grow our last mile delivery business in Hong Kong. You’ll own key revenue acquisition and existing merchant relationships that drive revenue and order volume growth. The right candidate should be comfortable with an “all hands on deck” and fast paced startup environment. About The Role: - Ignite platform growth by executing sales and business development plans. - Achieve sales goals in acquiring new merchants, onboarding and manage the relationships. - Maintain strong relationships with merchants. - Be creative and think of processes to help improve client satisfaction, onboarding and servicing flows. - Be effective moving leads through acquisition funnel via automation tools and scalable systems. - Focus on customer success and be the point of contact for key merchants. Eager to resolve merchants’ issues and maintain strong relationships. - Work with cross-functional teams across Operations, Marketing, Product on strategic projects that add value in acquiring new merchants or engaging existing merchants. - Be the voice and energy in representing Pickupp to all potential merchants and partnerships. Requirements: - 3+ years of relevant experience for Manager, 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Manager. - Bachelor's degree or above. - Fluency in Cantonese and English, written and spoken. - Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving growth in sales roles. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a quickly evolving and dynamic work environment. - Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making process. - Business acumen and common sense. Software Engineer (full stack), Hong Kong

At Pickupp technology team, we are providing challenging projects and industry standard development experience. We are building a better crowd sourced last mile same day and next day delivery platform to elevate the business logistic industry. With teams spread across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Taiwan, you will get to learn working in a uniquely remote team environment. Our team is filled with experienced engineers who can guide and mentor young & new engineers to develop strong technical competencies. We are looking for technically strong and driven talents who are looking for a team where they can learn and room to explore new technologies. This Software Engineer (full stack) role will be based in Hong Kong. Our team have built: - Web platforms for merchant to put in delivery order and admin portal for our operation team to manage day to day operation - built using ReactJS + Hooks / Redux / Mobx - Delivery Agent mobile app for freelancers to accept order and perform delivery - built using React Native + Mobx - Pickupp user mobile app where the end user can receive incoming order notification, order tracking, and create delivery order. - On top of that we have added a custom package deal from our existing merchant for user to purchase on our Shop on Pickupp section in the app - Warehouse mobile app to help our team to run multiple warehouses operations - Scalable micro-services with NodeJS and Golang dockerised apps deployed in Kubernetes cluster spanning across Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia region, serving as the backend - Proprietary backend engines for optimizing delivery decisions: routing, dispatching, auto-matching and pricing mechanism About The Role: - Improving our products through constant feature improvements - Research, plan and implement new features to be used by thousands of users - Integration work with partners and external vendors - Maintain our products through code refactoring and library upgrades - Participate in code reviews to improve code and product quality - Contribute effectively to our tech solution, both front and back end - Analyse our data and come up with solutions that help our business scales Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree or above. - Fluent in written and spoken English. - 0-5 years of relevant experience. - A Fast learner, team player and able to handle and complete tasks independently - Strong coding skills, able to propose solution to complex problems - Mindful of performance and security issues - Interest in understanding our business and product, having UX sense is a plus. - Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6), React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Golang, SQL, Git.
